Below is the preliminary UTH timetable for 2010. We are awaiting confirmation on times for the pool lanes but that is all.
Some of the sessions may change due to weather so please always bring your running gear with you – as we can always go running
We start at 6.30pm so please arrive early enough to change into your gear and be ready to leave on time. All sessions start at Freyberg beach apart from RPM which is held at Les Mills Gym on Taranaki Street. For sea swimming we break into groups and partner up. There will always be a shorter option and someone swimming next to you.

Easy Group Run
A light jog around the Bays to get catch up with those new to the squad and those returning. For those feeling keen at the start of the year there will be interval options available! |
Pool Swim
An introduction to lane and swim squad swimming. We will cover the etiquette you need to know and introduce some basic drills to take home and practice over the weekend. |

Individual swim analysis. Technical stroke advice from our swimming guru Anna – Also includes individual swim drills to help improve your stroke. |

Indoor Cycling Class
An indoor bike (spin class) session with Emma held at Les Mills Taranaki Street. Learn about pedal technique, bike setup, cadence and get useful cycling tips. |
Pool Swim
Learn about sea swimming in the safety of the pool - sighting, drafting, bilateral breathing and most importantly learn how to swim in close contact with others! |

5km Timed Run
A great way to set a benchmark that you can revisit later in the season to see your improvement. Followed by running drills. This will be a graded run. |
Sea Swim
Into the sea! We will partner up and get everyone out enjoying themselves in the open water. It will be cold though! |

Bunch Ride
Learn how to ride in a bunch, what the benefits are what how it feels to roll through the peleton! How to change a flat tire clinic will be done post ride. |
Sea Swim
Race starts, race exits, buoy rounding and drafting practice. To finish with we will have a wetsuit removing competition. |

Bike Hill Repeats
Group ride to the Miramar cutting then up Mapuia Hill we go! A great hill to help develop strength. Learn how to climb efficiently and also how to descend confidently. |
Swim to Run session
750m sea swim followed by 3km run. Full race warm-up and warm down practice also. Prizes for the fastest transition tonight! |

10km ride around to the needle and then a 3 or 6km run off the bike. |
Lighthouse Swim
Sea swim to the iconic lighthouse off the point of Oriental Parade for those that are keen! A shorter loop will also be taken for those feeling less keen! |
